Northbound is an explorative, narrative-driven Adventure-Game, created by Arno Justus and Johannes John Koeberle.
In Northbound, players take control of a university graduate who, out of a lack of direction and a desire to escape his everyday life, goes on a roadtrip with his childhood friends.
On the road, packed tightly inside the small bus, he realizes that a lot has changed since they were kids.
Among other things I was responsible for the art direction, game design aspects, 3D and 2D assets and animations.

A series of promotional artworks I produced for TrueVRSystems. Now in use on posters, print media and website.
This is a selection of character artworks I painted in recent years.
This is an in-game weapon model I produced for TrueVRSystems in 2018. The weapon was designed for a project with an already established universe.
The paramount design limitation was the need for a resemblence to real life weapon, the players have in their hands during the VR-experience.

Rewrap was a student project with the goal to get a feel for 3D softwares, including lighting, materials, texturing and some modeling. The task was to recreate the artstyle of a certain game in a 3D environment. This project was realized in the 4th semester of Game Design at ZHdK in 2016.
You can watch the video at the bottom of the page.
ExIT was the first major project in our game design course at ZHdK in 2015. It’s a point and click adventure game telling the story of an AI and her creator with whom it falls in love with and wont let her escape their virtual world.
My job during this project was art direction and managing the assets produced by class mates.
Collection of sketches and paintings that I made over the past 5 years.
Selection of 3D objects I created over the past year.
